Grievance and Complaint Policy

ILI is committed to ensuring the fair treatment of all participants. If a participant has a grievance related to course content, faculty behavior, or administrative concerns, the following process must be followed:

  1. Address the concern directly with the involved instructor or staff member.
  2. If unresolved, submit a written grievance to the program manager within seven (7) days.
  3. The program manager will review and respond within ten (10) days.
  4. If a participant remains dissatisfied after receiving the final resolution, they may request an independent review by an external advisory board within ten (10) days. This request should be made in writing to info@internationalli.org.

All grievances will be handled in a professional and timely manner to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
